Bran Muffins With Blackstrap Molasses

The perfect food for Pooh Baby and mommy. The muffins are high in iron, other minerals, protein and fibre. The only sweetener in this recipe is the natural blackstrap molassess.

  • 2 c flour
  • 1 c wheat bran
  • 1½ t baking soda
  • ½ t salt
  • 1½ c plain yogurt
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • ½ c blackstrap molasses
  • ½ c raisons (optional)

Combine dry ingredients. 

Add all liquid ingredients. Mix well.

Bake at 350 degrees in oiled mufffin tins for 20 -25 minutes.

Remove from oven and tip out of tins to cool.
