Autumn GLazed Apple Cream Pie

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1½ c sour cream or greek yogurt
  • ¼ c frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 partially baked pie crust (graham, vanilla or cookie crust of choice)
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 T butter
  • ½ c apricot jam, warmed

Whisk together condensed milk, sour cream, juice concentrate, egg and vanilla. Pour into pie crust.

Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 25 - 30 minutes or until center is set. Cool.

Saute apples in butter until tender, arrange on top of baked pie. Spoon preserves over apples to glaze.

Chill thoroughly.
