Minute Magic Pastry

  • 2 c flour
  • ½ c oil (generous)
  • 1 t salt
  • 4 T cold water (or more to make a soft but rollable dough.

Mix flour and salt. Blend in oil. Add water all at once.

The dough will appear quite moist. Divide in two. Roll out.

Makes one double crust pie shell.
