Play Dough

• 1/2 c salt
• 2 T cooking oil
• 2 c boiling water
• food coloring
• 2 to 3 c flour
• 1 T alum or 2 T cream of tartar

Mix salt and cooking oil together. Add boiling water and food coloring. Mix in flour and alum or cream of tartar. Knead to dough consistency.
