Debs Best Recipes  

Really nice and creamy; nice garlic flavor.

• ¼ t salt
• 1 egg
• ½ t sugar
• ¼ dry mustard
• 1 t lemon juice
• ½ t parmesan cheese
• 2 cloves crushed garlic
• 2 t wine vinegar
• 2 drops Worchestershire sauce
• ⅓ c olive oil

Blend all ingredients except olive oil. Then with blender running slowly add the olive oil to emulsify. Blend a bit more until thick and creamy.
