Mixed Greens and Fig Salad
Orange vinaigrette
- juice of 1 orange
- 1 T sweet white wine
- 3 T red wine vinegar
- 3 T nutritional yeast flakes
- ½ t sea salt
- 1 T tamari soy sauce
- 2 T olive oil
Whisk all together.
Salad
- 2 regular oranges
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup fresh figs or dried calimyrna figs, sliced into thin wedges
- ¼ cup red onion finely sliced
- one large package of mixed greens
Toss with vinaigrette.
