Honey Mustard Roasted Salmon

  • ¼ c stone ground mustard
  • ¼ c liquid honey
  • ¼ c bourbon (or rum)
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ t coarse black pepper
  • 2 T melted butter
  • ½ salmon fillet

Combine all ingredients except salmon. Pour over salmon and marinate for at least several hours in the refrigerator.

Broil under hot broiler until browned and meat flakes with a fork. It is also ok to eat the salmon rare if it is fresh and good quality.
