Smoked Salmon & Spinach Pizza

This recipe curtesy of Ryan and Amanda. It is absolutely delicious!

  • 1 extra large or 2 medium pizza crusts
  • creamy caesar dressing (see recipe for Caesar Salad Dressing)
  • 2 c fresh spinach leaves
  • 300 gms smoked salmon (lox)
  • ⅔ c walnut halves
  • fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 thinly sliced green or ½ white onion
  • capers

Partially bake pizza crust. Spread with a thin layer of caesar dressing.Top with spinach leaves, sliced smoked salmon, walnut halves, parmesan cheese, onions and capers.

Bake at 400 degreees for approximately 10 minutes. Remove from oven and add additional cheese. Serve with additional caesar dressing if desired.
