Roasted Baby Potatoes with Rosemary Ⓥ ㉚

Delicious!

  • 2 lb baby potatoes
  • 2 T fresh chopped rosemary leaves
  • 6 cloves garlic, cracked
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 to 3 T olive oil

Halve potatoes and place on cookie sheet. Combine with garlic. Coat with olive oil and season with rosemary, salt and pepper. Bake at 450 F for 20 minutes or until tender. Serve hot.
